CICM Publishes Guideline for Gender Balance

It's a very proud day here at WIN HQ. In collaboration with WIN convenors Sarah Yong and Lucy Modra, the College of Intensive Care Medicine has just published a guideline for achieving gender balance at CICM educational events.

Whether you're organising a world congress or just unsure about this whole 'quota' thing, it's an informative and succinct summary of why gender balance in academia is important.
